Eomecon chionanthum

Eomecon chionanthum
The Dawn Poppy - an Asiatic relative of the American Blood Root (Sanguinaria) that flowers on and off through the summer. This is one of those unusual plants that wanders about on long rhizomes but without swamping other plants. It just comes up amongst them here and there. Adaptable but best in moist woodsy conditions. Ideal for colonising under trees and shrubs.
1L pots ~ £6
